Add the cheese salt and pepper and process 3 to 4 seconds longer. Meanwhile place butter in a skillet or saucepan large enough to hold the cooked pasta. Cook pasta until it is tender but not quite done.

Reserve 3 4 cup of the pasta cooking water then drain the pasta. Wash and throughly dry sage leaves and parsley in your salad spinner. While pasta is boiling blend parsley sage and garlic with salt in a food processor until finely chopped.
